Challenging Government decisions on behalf of clients is one of the areas of law that DLO specialized in. Our administrative law section is well equipped to advise both Thai and international clients in this important area of the law as we have considerable experience in challenging and suing Government Departments and Agencies.
We have made numerous appeals on behalf of clients to Government Departments on a braod range of decisions including rulings made by the Land Department, Revenue Department and the Labour Department to name but a few.
