DLO release the final draft of Thai-CCL

DLO, as Thailand legal project lead,release the final draft of
Thai-CCL which has already been approved by CC International , posted on CC-Thailand
project website, details below :

Many changes from public discussion has been made to the final draft.

Refer to the License porting process,the final draft of Thai-CCL will open for public-hearing in the last round within 30 days.

DLO will produce the other 5 Thai CCL, based on this core contract
and from time to time, post on CC-Thailand
project website within the next 2 weeks.
