Income tax exemption for unitholders in property funds and an exemption for value-added tax, specific business tax and stamp duty for property funds      Royal Decree (Issue No. 763) B.E. 2566 stipulates an income tax exemption for unitholders in property funds as well as exemptions relating to value-added tax, specific business tax, and stamp duty for such funds.
